You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of PREVAULT after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

PREVAULT is built around the principle that your health information belongs to you. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, and are never sold or shared without your explicit action.

Delegated access and secure sharing links are fully controlled by you and can be revoked at any time.

We collect only the information required to operate your vault: account details, the documents you upload, and basic usage data used to keep the service reliable.

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time from Settings.
